Styloo

Terms of service

The rules for using Styloo. Short version: it's free, be kind, and we're not the shop.

Version 1.0 · In effect from 27 October 2026

1. Who provides Styloo

Styloo — the iPhone app and the website stylooapp.com — is provided by Piotr Rybiec, Warsaw, Poland ("we"). Contact: support@stylooapp.com.

These terms are the terms of service referred to in Art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means. By using Styloo you accept them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app as downloaded from the App Store; where these terms say more, they add to it.

2. What Styloo does

Styloo is free. We may add paid features later; if we do, their price and terms will be shown before you can buy them, and nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.

3. We are not the shop

Products in Styloo come from independent online shops. We show their names, photos, prices and descriptions as the shops publish them, and we try to keep them right, but a price or availability can change or be wrong. When you tap through to a shop, you buy from that shop, under its own terms; we are not a party to that sale and are not responsible for it, its delivery, returns or the product.

4. What you need

5. Your account and the rules

Keep access to your account to yourself. You may not:

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account after telling you why, or at once if it is needed to stop serious harm or something unlawful.

6. Content

The app, its design and its code belong to us; product photos and descriptions belong to the shops and brands. You may use Styloo for your own personal, non-commercial use. What you create — your looks and their names — stays yours; you let us store and show it to you so the app can work.

7. Ending

You can stop using Styloo at any time and delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account), which ends this agreement. We may end the service, or this agreement with you, with at least 30 days' notice in the app or by e-mail, except as in section 5.

8. Complaints

If Styloo does not work as it should, write to support@stylooapp.com or shake your iPhone in the app to report a problem. Tell us what happened and how to reach you. We answer within 14 days. If you are a consumer, you have the rights the law gives you when digital content or a digital service is not in conformity with the contract, and nothing in these terms limits them.

A consumer can also use out-of-court ways of settling a dispute, such as the consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) of their town or district, or a Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) mediation.

9. Liability

We work to keep Styloo available and correct, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example while we update it. We are responsible for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and in any case to the extent the law does not allow liability to be limited. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's rights under mandatory law.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is in the privacy policy.

11. Changes and law

We may change these terms for a good reason — a change in the law, in the service or in how it is provided. A change that takes nothing away from you — a new feature, a fix, a clearer wording — or that the law or an authority requires applies once we publish it here. Any other change we announce in the app or by e-mail at least 3 days before it takes effect; if you do not agree, you can delete your account before then. These terms are governed by Polish law, which does not take away the protection a consumer has under the mandatory law of the country where they live.
